Rona Al Khobar Hotel

The cleanliness and spacious rooms were a big plus, along with the wonderful front desk staff like Omar Al-Ghamdi and Mrs Nada, who ensured our needs were met. The relaxing proximity to landmarks like Al Khobar Corniche and Al-Rashid Mall made family outings good, although the breakfast cleanliness and some room amenities need improvement.

Also, location was convenient and particularly good, just a short stroll away from a big shopping center. The room with a huge bathroom. Some of the stuff members where very polite.

I had a wonderful stay at Rona. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with spacious rooms that exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were fantastic, especially Omar Al-Ghamdi, who showed impressive customer service. Quick check-in and check-out processes made my arrival and departure seamless, and the room service team was always available to help. I appreciate how the staff, particularly Mrs Nada, were attentive and supportive throughout my visit, ensuring everything went smoothly with my business meeting.

The hotel is conveniently located near stores. The rooms are spacious and include huge bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
